All talents from level 1 to 20 are required. Don't worry too much about balancing and try to focus on making the hero fun and interesting. Balancing is nice to get right, but it's not crucial. Don't stress yourself too much with the numbers, have fun and enjoy your own hero creation! :)

Hey jiggywatt! You can take any character from the blizzard universe that's not already part of Heroes of the Storm and create a hero concept of them. For example: Sargeras, Azgalor, Lord Marrowgar, etc. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions!

The winners will be announced after the judging period is over (March 14th - March 21st), most probably during the next week. You can edit your concept, but make sure not to publish any changes as to not change the final version that the judges can see. :) Good luck!
