atm Sylvanas is my most wins hero in Ranked matches, and 12-15 minute wins became common :D

Yes, I remember winning at 6 min just two days ago :) If you know how to play and play with sylvanas , it's easy win for your team ;)
New patch made little change on sylvanas. I think I don't need update my builds. However, I updated my build for different reason.

Very nice build that I also use. In your Game Play section I would add the following talent combo :
When you take "Paralysis", "Lost Soul" and "Overhelming Affliction", you are becoming a nightmare in team fight.

Your Shaddow Dagger becomes almost always available and when it spreads, all enemy hero get the 6% slow. This and your basic attack stack very fast and, if you manage well, you can very often slowdown the all opponent team by 30%.
