Absolutely desperate to join a team, Have spent a good many years on LoL, DotA2 and HotS (in that order)

No matter what I do on hots I seem to get paired with people who go for the boss when their entire team is in lane nearby, people who seem to die to siege troops pushing the lane (no joke, that's happened today), people who want to pick the hero they want to play and not whats ideal for that map or enemy lineup.

Absolutely desperate to join a team and enjoy some proper, co-ordinated teamplay in a friendly environment (made an account just this moment to reply to the thread :P)
