At Lvl 10 take Blink Heal for some good mobility for yourself, and a targetted heal in-case the enemy have a lot of single-target focus damage, take Emerald Wind if the enemy team relies on hard-engange, it deals a good amount of damage and it pushes enemies away over a decent period and almost guarantees a get-away.
At Lvl 13 take whichever you prefer, if you took Blink Heal Safety Dust is decent for the added healing effect, if you want the movement speed which can be insane take Pixie Boost, and if the enemy has a lot of spell damage and your tank or engage-hero suffers under it, take Pixie Power.
At Lvl 16 take whichever you prefer, Phase Out is a strong talent with a very low cooldown, problem is, it lasts for .75 seconds, so your timing has to be impeccable, if you're playing with a Stitches, take Critterize, as the target will melt even faster when pulled-in/eaten. Hush is just really strong against a hard engage team and can be used against many heroes, such as E.T.C's Mosh Pit.
At 20, take Faerie Protector if you upgraded movement speed at Lvl 13 with Pixie Boost, Invisible Friends is a great upgrade to Blink Heal, the stealth is really strong in ARAM and can mess with the enemies, you can even make a strong ambush with stealthed heroes standing still, becoming invisible wherever.
For healing Brightwing, if you took Enerakd Winds, Intensive Winds is strong with A LOT of damage and constant escapes, it just costs a lot of mana. For a healer Brightwing, I'd a lot of the time recommend Speedy Dragon if you went with Emerald Winds at Lvl 10, because 20% movement speed permanently, is really, REALLY strong, and will help you get out of a lot of situations and be able to juke a lot of spells with how squishy Brightwing is.
