Build: Chewie's - Tactical Hot Shot Nova

Gday Guys,
Tactical Hot Shot Nova is all about burst damage and being able to drop the opponents live extremely quickly. Applying the benifit skill of Hot Shot allows an extra powerful hit to ensure that enemies are killed upon breaking stealth.
The tactical side of the build comes down to the optional tier changes of 4 & 7. Pending the enemy team you may alternate between Precision Strike (for maximum damage in team fights / pushing) or you can compliment this build to ensure that Triple Tap will eliminate any retreating enemies. The choice is yours. Remember to use your overdrive skill to always empower your heroic abilities.
I recommend the other Tier remain the same as it compliments the strategy of this build of course may optionally change Tier 5 but I preferred the increase movement speed and basic ability cool downs.
