Yes it is time for new player that have no idea how to play. This is build to survive! If you are new player or didn't play Kerrigan - this is Safe build for you. Just jump at enemy to heal and you'll be fine.

When to Safe Build for Kerrigan?

When your team is not on top of their game. You quickly get behind exp and need to catch up. Or you just play with players you don't know. Or you just started to play this hero. Be Cool is option for you so you could fave fun with Kerrigan.

Get behind in lvl? Hold your horses - do not engage in team fights and go clear your lanes! Killing minions, taking camps get you exp that you so desperately wanted. For that purpose Psionic Pulse is great (2nd talent). If you do not have higher lvl = you are behind. Go with Psionic Pulse.

You are melee assassin so need to get pretty close to enemy. Sometimes you get too far. It's nice to have chance to get away. Isn't it? Adaptation is made for it. And if you get behind in hunting season you can always jump to ally and then finish your pray! This is treat for players that are familiar with jump. Practice. Practice. Practice.

If you start playing shield is pretty important. Yep. You can almost be a tank! While still kicking ***es as assassin. Boost your shield, deal basic attacks and go hunting.

Last option is for assassination purposes only. This give you power you need to kill heroes. If you are far behind in late game you could always choose Bolt of the Storm.

How to build Kerrigan for bloodlust in HotS

You have healer in the team, your teammates know what they are doing, so you can show enemy your Bloodlust! You already know how all Kerrigan power works and you know how/ when to use them. Sooo Kill Them All!!

With Sweeping Grasp you have higher chance to catch enemy, and if he runs away with [b[Psionic Pulse[/b] he get more damage by running alone, any additional basic attacks gives you higher chances on finish enemy.

Zergiling is popular choice but Searing Attacks helps you in uneven fights. You already know if you get ambush a lot. You know that on this map boss can make your team loose or map is designed to team fights. Go with some additional damage that enemy would not suspect. Other talents Double Strike and Nexus Bladesboost your basic attacks as well. Remember that you are melee assassin and your basic attacks are super important! Boost them up!

Blood for Blood is excellent finish move. Yes you read that right. Instead of heal you can steal life and finish hero.
