Video: The Video example demonstrating how fast you can solo different types of mercs in a 3k+ mmr game
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_6e176QJ5Q&feature=youtu.be
Tier 1: Scrap-o-Matic Smelter causes the scraps to return 60 mana instead of 30, placing a turret costs 70. This will remove most of your mana problems and is VERY helpful.
Tier 2: Promote will allow you to run past a lane, buff two minions and it push the lane/slow down the enemy pushing, allowing you to leave the lane and go do merc camps/help your team with other business. Reduce, Reuse, Recyle is also a great talent you can pick if you dont like Promote.
Tier 3: You will be farming all the merc camps you can get your hands on and this talent will make the merc's do a heavier impact on the game. This is not a teamfighting build so the rest of the talent's are not that great.
Tier 4: Robo-Goblin is very useful for farming merc's in the sense that it will allow you to kill Siege Giant camps in about 5-6 seconds. Knight camps become very easy to do, and you can solo the Boss merc by yourself very fast, this includes the big plant in Garden of Terror and the big golem in Haunted Mines. It also allows you to slice through Forts and Towers very fast making you a strong splitpusher.
Tier 5: You have no escape abilities and your stun is unreliable so Sprint here is very useful incase you get caught in a bad position.
Tier 6: The more the merrier. Turret's is our bread and butter skill.
Tier 7: This talent will become avaivable late in the game, where the death timers are usually quite long, this talent is very broken and very strong right now and should almost always be taken unless the other talent is extremely good. Although, if your team needs you to teamfight and you can't do alot of mercs, taking the Mecha-Lord talent is a viable option.
I would reccomend to start doing Siege Giant camps solo at level 7, Knight camp+Boss camp's solo at level 10.
Doing all the merc camps should be your #1 priority unless your team really does need your help. Map awareness is key and separates the good Gazlowe's from the great. Dont do merc camps mindlessly, but be aware of where the enemy is and if you can safely do them - especially the camp's that are closer to the enemy base.
