Since I always was a little bad with warrior playstyles (and still am) I felt Stiches was a back row tank that could grab opportunities for easy kills without really comitting to a full fledged teanfight, and this played right into my "Unconventional warfare" playstyle.
Stitches is a counter pick against defensive teams. He is extremely good against any enemies with limited movement options(no blinks,dashes,teleports...) and teams without good combat initiation(a johanna or illidan can engage you the moment you grab someone from their team and kill you).
All 3 of my builds focus on one core strategy: Use increased slam range with slow to create opportunities, hook anyone except enemy tanks, gorge, blink back and burst whomever you ate with your team or inside a turret. This is a late game strategy though which gives you increasing levels of threat at levels 10, 16 and 20. The first 3 talents are the only changing factor that depend on the enemy team.
Full Slam: Only use this if you have an offtank in your team and need an extra layer of damage, with increased range Slam you can deal pretty consistent damage to multiple enemies and you can clear minion waves with 2 slams.
Self-Healing:This is the build with the most survivability possible while still using long range slowing Slam. All-Healing effects increased not only helps your healer heal you but it also increases self-healing from using Gorge, making it regenerate ~40% of your max health per 25 seconds.
Anti-mage: Only use this if the enemy team has 2+ damage dealers that focus on skillshots or 1 mage. Magic damage is a big part of the current meta so this is currently by far the strongest build atm.
