If you decide to use this make sure you are good at roaming and ganking. You really wanna make sure you lane with someone until you feel comfortable roaming around and helping whoever needs the gank. I tell the people I play with that after I get full stacks of Fresh Meat that I will roam around and gank where they ping. Make sure in team fights you use your team as a meat shield, not that it will make you feel good at all, but it is needed. Remember, The Butcher may be very over powered, but he is very squishy. Your enemies will go after you first, so keep on guard at all times. With this build you can get his attack damage close to, if not over, 600. With Abattoir you can stack to 35 Fresh Meat and upon death you only lose half the stack, making Fresh Meat farming quicker. Lamb of the Slaughter is great when you place it a little ahead of the direction the enemy is running, that way it catches them. Enemies that can teleport away quickly will deem difficult to catch, but if you practice placement of Lamb of the Slaughter you can catch them. With The Butcher, movement speed and attack speed are very vital, movement speed from Butcher's Brand can help when you are being attacked by multiple enemies and can try to run away. Your attack speed helps when you are low on health and are 1v1ing an enemy, it helps you speed up the attack and the health gain. I think Slaughterhouse isn't good enough for the build and I see it as a waste of a talent, therefore I use Nexus Blade, it helps build your attack damage. I hope you enjoy this build, if you have any suggestions I will gladly listen to them. :)
