Hi man, great guide. Fully covered, greatly explained. Beyond that, I tried your Build, the way you said and it obviously did not work. Just kidding, it's more than awesome!!! He really becomes a beast. Keep on with this, it's a really good guide. I tried the options you suggested, the main build, and had a nice variety of opponents, that said, I completely agree with the threats you described. Nothing else, it's a great work man!
Hey, great guide! I've been playing Artanis so poorly until I read this. Just one little thing annoyed me. The upgrades aren't called "Skills" in HotS, they're called Talents :). Skill makes me think of an ability, not an upgrade.
I'm glad it worked out for you and I hope that you're enjoying him a lot more now. :)
As for the Talent/Skills part...yeah you're right on that, I'll probably change that in stages though seeing as I use the work "skill" well...a lot... I'll get around to it though, just not today, lol.
If you are in need of a tank, get the upgrade for Blade Dash that reduces shield cooldown. Along with Templar's Zeal you can really get some stuff done.
True, so long as you can hit things with Q and with melee strikes then you can absorb a lot of damage; you won't deal out a lot of damage, but so long as you're aggressive and find ways to get them to focus you then you can fill the tank role if your team is in a bind.
Good guide btw. Although I wanted to point out that your assessment of titan killer is not quite accurate. It is +2.5% *per* swing of twin blades. So with triple strike you actually get +7.5% of their max health in extra damage. Against a 2k health hero this 150 not 50 extra damage, and against a level 20 Cho'gall with 8500 hp this is about 630 bonus damage. Granted I still think zealot charge is better in nearly all situations, but I prefer titan killer against Cho'gall. You can nearly 1v1 him with titan killer.
While I didn't say that it counted per hit explicitly, I thought it was implied well enough; I'll adjust my wording when I do my next edit though, and thanks.
As for Cho'Gall, if your team can lock him down or he's staying in close to deal melee damage then go for it, he'll die that much faster and you'll potentially be 5v3 against the other team.
What I've done several times against a Cho'Gall is to treat him like I would a team that had Leoric as their only melee: (using Zealot Charge) Bypass him and hit his backline. Even if your team doesn't follow you in and goes for the Cho'Gall, if you're hitting their healer then you'll make their team panic and defend the healer while your team burns the Cho'Gall down; even if you die without getting anyone you still win the trade if your team also gets the Cho'Gall since it'll then be 4v3 in your favor. It's risky, but doable.

That is my normal tank build. The reason I do not take Shield Surge is because Triple Tap and Force of Will make up for it.
