I really disagree with this build. Hammer's best source of sustain is vampiric assault; traited properly her auto attacks can jump up over six hundred damage end-game and the lifesteal is passive, contrasting the small heal and lengthy cooldown of first-aid. First aid also means you miss out on hyper-cooled thrusters's excellent mobility. Giant killer's decent, but bullheads are better for getting assassins off of you and first strike is generally better as a source of damage, improving your siege potential as well as your hero damage potential. Hover and napalm are unquestionably the best picks overall, but other than that everything's kinda meh.
All in all, I really don't get the ubiquitousness of this build.
The point of the Safe n Secure Solo Build is to do as the name suggests - be safe and secure. In high level games, Sgt Hammer becomes a big target for either burst damage or gap closers. And when you're low on hit points, you're going to be trying your best to kite. During that time, your Regeneration Master will kick in, and First Aid will undo the damage done previously.
The nerf to Bullhead Mines means only ONE mine interrupts, not all three. The damage is insignificant anyways. First Strike will never be a guarantee, especially if you're up gap closers or mages with extensive range, like Kael'thas or Jaina.
Everyone plays her differently, but if you watch any high level games, you'll find that Sgt Hammer needs either a full team protecting her, or extensive healing presence in order to continue the fight.
EDIT: I also prefer getting the concussive barricade over giant killer in most situations... a 4 second wall is very OP on alot of the maps. Its practically like having tassadars ulti with a knockback. Very good utility for the team. Generally get giant killer when the team is full of tanks.
Yeah I may have to re-evaluate that, but as a solo queue build, most teams will expect you to spec into at least SOME damage, and it's not very easy to use the Barricade to a first timer. Safe n Secure Solo Build is really meant as an intro to the character for new players, as a springboard so they can learn more of the intricacies.
I was gonna make a build on here cause i thought i was the only one who realized the potential of Regen master at lvl 1!!! its crazy to have 60+ regen.... i used this as an excuse to get the boosters at lvl 7... works very nicely.
also if you dont get graduating range what good is your artillery. just position better. 50% move speed might as well be pointless imo!
but great build man glad you posted.

Just an update on my previous post it seems that blizzard has fixed the ability to kill NPCs from afar without them being able to reply. They now become immune to damage immediately.
