Build: Kael Bomb Build

This build focuses on getting a bit more mana, boosting the base damage with Gathering Power and strengthening Living Bomb. This makes him a little more "in your face" and definitely more reliant on a good Muradin/ETC as tank. Depending on the enemy team makeup, level 20 talent can be Bolt of the Storm if you need escape.
Because Living Bomb requires closer proximity, I believe Phoenix is the way to go. You're able to drop it in the melee mix and step back a bit to toss your bombs. This build can definitely go Pyroblast, but honestly, I would build it differently (increase range on gravity lapse at level 4, and then range on Flamestrike at 13) if I were going that route. I'll create that build later. :)
