So I will not be easy for you to play Nova she has changed a lot but you will be able to succeed if you put the effort in. We now have to play her as if she lives and Moves In the Shadows but she attacks in the open and usually only attacks with the team and only with the team until level 16. This build will be about you confusing the enemy at range and at the same time sniping off weak enemys.

I found in the lot of the quick matches that I did with Nova it really help me to be able to stay away from people. Also be able to have my pin shot equivalent to my basic attack range.
talent 2 level 4 Top
I found in the lot of the quick matches that I did with Nova it really help me to be able to stay away from people. I believe one of Nova still best qualities is confusing the enemy and freaking them out and wondering where you are. allowing yourself to have the distance will be able to help you sit back and really contribute more to the team.
talent 3 level 7 Top
Surprisingly this Talent is still good when you have your team behind you and you're really able to just sit back and do a couple of shots. This Talent will allow you to continue to dish out the damage that you need to be able to contribute to the team as a As a assassin you still have burst capabilities but they are very little compared to what you could do before.
talent 4 level 10 Ultimate Top
Personally always like this ultimate better but now that you do not have Gathering Power This one is the essential. just because it's going to do two things for you want it's going to give you that ability to be able to be present all over the map and get those last kills and set up things that you would have you have to do when you have the triple tap. Also of couse going allow you to have that distance and be able to still give damage without being a quick snipe for the enemy team.
talent 5 level 13 Top
This child will be very useful once you get to level 16. Unfortunately you won't be able to be the main one killing people with know that you're going to now be really working with the team even more. You will be able to do a lot with Nova with this and you'll continue to be able to make people vulnerable at level 16.
talent 6 level 16 Top
Now it's time for fun people underestimated you. they thought you was a quick kill. they really wanted you died, and did all these different things. now it's time for you to pay them back. With this talent and all the other talents you picked before you're going to be able to dish out so much damage on Nova and you're going to be able to help and the team and ways that you wouldn't be able to do if you didn't get this talent.
Two different scenarios:
the first one if you are so low and your going head-to-head with one person my suggestion would be for you first two crippling shot then Auto attack then follow up with the sniper then go ahead and I'm crippled shot with more time and then by that time you'll be able to snipe.
The next one is if you are in a team fight you'll be able to do a lot for the team you're going to need to observe and sit back and see exactly what the Team is focusing on you will be essential to locking down targets that are trying to run away and crippling the people that are trying to be aggressive.
talent 7 level 20 Ultimate+ Top
This will be Nova's ultimate power and Op Holy Grail attack and saving grace in any fight you be able to do double of everything you wanted to do and it's going to be amazing.

In conclusion, I really am glad I've be able to help out anybody that is having trouble with the new changes with Nova. I really hope that we are able to continue to come up some creative things for Nova and I hope that this is helpful.
