This is basically the best build Nova offers right now. The first talent allows you to get away quick if you get caught a bit and need to escape since you get a bit of movement speed as soon as you hit ghost form. Next is bribe because this is pretty much your most useful utility wise, especially on maps like hanamura. From then on out you build strictly for snipe. At lvl 16 you will hit a huge power spike and be able to melt people if you have 5 stacks of snipe master. Consistently hitting targets every 3 seconds with massive amounts of damage will be insane. With this build you don't have to always worry about great positioning and can just target what you see. Obviously prioritize the squishy targets, but if you see a chance to do damage and you're after 16 with the 3 second CD on snipe, have no fear.
