During the first level I always choose
Ambush Snipe no matter which build I want to choose. I think this is an important aspect to any Nova build as generally you want as much burst as possible.Level 4
Gathering Power is again a very important skill. Taking this gives you 15% more ability power which is crucial to any burst dps build. With cloak it's pretty tough to get killed if you position well so very smart talent choice here.Level 7
Anti-Armor Shells, again this increases your burst damage. This allows you to cloak again quicker increasing your short burst damage. Being out in the open can be dangerous so taking this talent makes good sense here.Level 10
Debate city! I prefer
Triple Tap here unless im playing with a full queued team. When I solo queue I think it's important to take triple tap as it can guarantee a kill several times per match.Level 13
Lethal Decoy can really increase your burst damage again. It's important to drop your decoy as close to your target as possible to ensure that is the target it picks.Level 16
Double Fake creates and additional decoy which again just increases damage. Decoys also can eat other abilities by the opposite teams heroes so can give you survivability as well.Level 20
I prefer
Fast Reload here -- if you use this ability when you can ensure a kill, it will never be on cooldown. For longer matches this is very helpful.
