Warp Resonance is an easy to stack quest that allows you to be far more effective at zone control by giving you access to another warp rift. The extra damage and cast also improve your ability to jungle dramatically.
4
Turbo Charged is an incredibly important talent as it allows Probius to escape a lot of difficult situations, increasing your ability to effectively juke, set up rifts and avoid skill shots. This is by far the best talent in the tier for survivability.
7
Rift Shock, pretty simple. More damage when you land your rifts, which is what this play style is all about!
10
Pylon Overcharge. Easy damage, lasers are scary and null gate is never useful, even though they keep nerfing this talent it is still the better ultimate.
13
Shield Battery allows you some important survivability against mobile backline invaders. It will also help scrub DoT effects such as Lunara poison.

Gravity Well is the best here for the significant buff it provides to your zoning potential, it also allows for you to set up double and triple rift combos with far greater ease. For this reason,
repulsor is not ideal, while it allows you to knock away engaging opponents it is less useful than the heavy slow they encounter trying to wade through a gravity well.
Quantum Entanglement feels nice but does not help you land combos as reliably as gravity well. Finally,
Interference is not going to provide consistent value if you are in a position to be damaging their mages or backline dd you are in a lot of danger yourself.

Shoot 'Em Up is often viewed as a controversial talent choice and the additional pylons are heavily favoured. But it would take a minimum of 24 seconds to set up a 3 pylon overcharge and if also dependant on the CD of you ultimate. With a build that is focused on landing rifts on multiple enemies
Shoot 'Em Up offers a huge power spike with a lot of extra burst damage being offerd, enemies caught near the middle of an exploding rift will get caught by a couple of the extra disruption pulses, as well as the one you fired in, consistently dealing more damage.
