The idea behind this build is that you heal so much that you rarely have to fully leave the battlefield to go heal up. With this build, I've been nearly killed in team fights, only to back off and start making guerrilla strikes until I set up a good whirlwind which put me back to full health. Doing this, I was able to demolish both teams on the player damage column. Because Sonya doesn't have any escape options, it's essential that you try not to take on anyone solo unless you're assured victory. If you see a second enemy enter the fray, and you don't have back up, time to get out. This ends up being a someone balanced attack pattern build, focusing with Seismic, and using Whirlwind when several enemies are present (or you just need a health boost).
