This is a heavy healing and shield based build for Bright Wing that I like to use on my streams. It's really useful to run this build with a tank or other DPS, you should not by all means be up in front during battles. You wont be good at pushing or dealing damage. DO NOT use this build if you are on a team with a malfurion or a Li Li that is going full healing, if they aren't then it's fine. This build is primarily useful if you are the only healer on the team.
I tend to go with the Criterize trait, BUT if you think Sticky Powder would be more helpful you can usually pick that no problem. I would usually pick Sticky Powder instead if you notice your DPS is having trouble keeping up with enemies or chasing as opposed to dealing damage.
Tychus
Why?
Tychus is one of the best assassins in the game. His damage output can be staggering, especially if he can maintain it throughout team fights. Not only does This Brightwing build help to sustain Tychus while he lays into enemies, but it can actually help him chase fleeing heroes as well. Tychus can be really slow, and unfortunately he has to stand still to attack. Even with his Run and Gun ability it can be hard for him to chase down those precious kills, that's where Brightwing comes in. Using your (E) ability can give Tychus a faster running speed, which means it's more likely that he will catch up to fleeing targets. This is really effective in the early game, and can help solidify the lead.
Also because Tychus has to stand still to attack, it means he's more vulnerable to focus fire in team fights. This build ensures that you can sustain shields on Tychus and heal him while he's fighting. This also frees him from picking traits like Stoneskin and instead, lets him focus on damage dealing traits.
