Anyways, you're writing this for noobs, as I assume, since "pros don't need tier lists" (your words).

Why recommend Illidan then, or put him in "tier 1"? He's terribly weak without proper team support, and just by looking at his win rates quickly confirms that (the higher you go on HotsLogs MMR tiers, the better his winrate gets -- and it's really very awful in the lower echelons of Solo Queue).
Illidan should just be avoided completely in most cases, and he's not even a "tier 1" hero in the general sense, just way too reliant on circumstances and skill.

Murky, yeah, one of the highest winrate heroes in low and high level play, extremely effective on many maps, a constant nuisance in team fights and in between, really hard to counter even if you're very good at the game. He gets dismissed here with "lol". Solo Queue will not punish you at all for picking him (on most maps), to the contrary you're going to punish your opponents pretty hard with him. (He's also quite easy to master, I'd put him in Tier 1, and Tier "S" for some maps).

Abathur is way easier to play than some other heroes (looking at you, Illidan), and he also works with the right comp even if your team doesn't quite know how to support him (and most don't, let's be honest here). If you put Lollidan in Tier 1 and Vikings in Tier 2, you can't have Abathur in Tier 4, especially not for the bogus reasons you make up and that actually contradict some of the earlier thoughts in your "guide".

Work on your reasoning, work on your game, then rewrite this thing (or at least mark it as a troll guide and don't lure people into taking any of it seriously).
