A little more competitive and in some cases good for an alternate build based on the situation.
All of these abilities are good on their own and have some synergy, but are they the best combo you can do?

Step Three: Master Thrall's Hammer
The most competitive combination. This combo allows you to burst onto an opponent with Windfury twice.
Your speed enhancements combine with roots and teleport at level 20 to guarantee your strikes.
Are there some better talents? In some cases yes, but how do they blend with the others?
This combination has two clear and scaling methods of attack to maximize your play in those areas.
