Immolation for clearing out waves:
Friend or Foe is amazing for getting out of a pinch. It has a huge range and combined with your W you can get out.
Reflexive block is just plain good. Everything else is countered by attack speed debuffs.
Metamorphosis is effective for dodgidng skillshots, gap closing and a makes you invulverable for a seconds.
Nimble defender has a huge uptime cause Sweeping Strike has a shorter cooldown than evasion.
Marked for Death deals a lot of damage and isn't affected by any attack speed.
Demonic Form is great for the 20% attack speed and especially 50% duration on CC. Blink is great too so pick that if you are feeling the heat.
