after doing all math if you manage to hit with abilities all at once (which can be rather difficult with fast moving heroes), including Wrath of Cod talents 35% boost the damage comes out to 2906.5 at level 20 . I did not do lvl 30 cap dmg as the highest level a game of mine has gone is 23 in which case the dmg would be around 3200
eh... unsure really. depends on how teams formula strategies to deal with the egg. With a max health of 1990 by level 30, he's almost 2-shot material at all points in the game.
In terms of a backdoor Murloc, teams have learned to take Mule to really limit his push power.
No, it was when the numbers were larger and it said the damage stacked :P. Still though, with all the duration boosts it does quite A bit
EDIT: Redid the math with the new numbers and under the assumption that you have the perks for 13 second debuff. 1365 damage at LV30 (The new cap) assuming that the number given ticks every second and is not the total damage over the duration.
Um... I don't know if I'm doing my math right, but if I am then slime does about 920 damage at LV 30 by the end of the effect. With 1 stack. Um... What happened to him doing no significant damage? Like even at lv 1, 2 stacks of slime could kill many Heroes with minimal effort, assuming I'm reading this right...
