Blizzard have actually officially stated that they will never add "Mana Burn" abilities in the game. Just a reminder in case you want the concept to theoretically be 100% portable to HotS.

Rohana does not gain any benefit from mobility abilities. I want to give her lack of mobility as weakness for her wide variety of utility. But I guess I can grant her the ability to talent into it. The Hallucinations are exactly a copy of the model of the copied hero. I guess I will have to call it an Illusion/Copy instead of Hallucination. The Hallucination/Illusion casts the ability not Rohana. Her Ability to copy abilities has Global Range so she doesn't have the need to be tied to allies. I really like this concept especially the Waypoint mount~ The abilities also look pretty interesting though I kind of am seeing some problems. I like your take on Rohana~ It focuses more on the positive side of her, who she is and what makes her great. It contrasts how she is portrayed in the campaign where she is the one who's channeling negativity in the team, making your concept a breath of fresh air~~ (I know everything I said does not really help this concept in any way but I still wished to express my admiration~ cheers!)

Her damage numbers are all too low.. even less than most Tank Warriors. Might need some revisit and references with heroes ingame
