I've seen tons of debates while playing Hero League over which support is better. Personally, I prefer having LiLi over Malfurion, more or less because I love her ult and mobility.

I think the problem stems from Raynor being the hero played during the tutorial, giving him a reputation as a "noob" hero. Personally, whenever I encounter Raynor on the enemy team, he wrecks me if I'm not careful. Especially early game.

Several day ago, I had an encounter with one of the least polite Nazeebo's I've ever seen. I get when you're playing Hero League, there's more pressure on you to preform, but this guy would criticize every move anyone would make. I had been in the unfortunate position of having to play Johanna, a hero I rarely play, just to fulfill our need for a tank. I'm not very good at playing melee, as I focus more or less on Sylvanas and other ranged heros, so it did come with a learning curve....

From my experience, Quick Play can be a horrible experience sometimes. My suggestion would be to just find some friends to play with, and whenever you're online, have "Looking For Party" checked off. If you have the time, you should also invest some gold in three more 2k heroes, just to reach that 10 hero requirement for Hero League. From then on, you'll still encounter some sub-par players and groups, but most people will know what they're doing, and be alert.
