so sorry for the delay in fixing the issue and the delay in getting back to people. the team has been in and out a lot during the holidays taking much needed breaks. im happy to report that we have implemented a more resilient eMMR calculation pattern. please go back and check that your eMMR has changed. we are updating it throughout the day now. please report if there are any problems you suspect thank you for your patience

i have been trying to figure out a more efficient way to calculate eMMR. as a result our current system has gone a little while without updates. i think i have a solution that can be implemented shortly. thank you for the report. as of last night your eMMR was 2390. keep up the good work mate. :-)

thanks for the report. and especially for the hint about the brief DC. that might definitely be a factor. we get a lot of these and i'm trying to nail it down.

our traffic is so high that we have been trying to do everything we can to squeak out more capacity. that included turning off some of the processes that go around and aggregate some of the stats. i think thats why the Role data at the top is a bit stale. once things calm down we will reenable all of the other statistical processes. thanks for your understanding
