the ability concepts behind all of your hero concepts are really good. i like how they work mechanically; but to echo what the other guy said... sometimes it might fluctuate in application a little too much. but that doesn't break the concepts one overall suggestion for the concept; the "10% of all ability damage taken is converted into mana." doesn't really reward skill in anyway (kind of does the opposite), you usually would want to an effect like that to a window of time.

The problem with a lot of the engineering concepts is high traffic and "visual clutter" (blizzard's term)... Just look at how they designed Xul, it's very telling as to how they have to limit character's on screen presence. I think this Kit has a tremendous amount of potential but is guilty of visual clutter. I would try to figure out a way to make Photon Cannon work in very simple terms... There should be concepts in the Boost and Battery that streamline the resource system,...

meaning it immediately goes on a 30s cooldown, or added 30s to current cooldown if it was already on cooldown (not permanent). Was a bit messy and it doesn't make a lot of sense for decard to be poisoning wells. so i got rid of it.

I see a lot of design that mirrors this style. I don't know where the influences come from, but i bet i can guess. It's not the perfect translation. i think the trait has a lot of potential and there are some really cool themes. but the base ability interactions arn't very Representative of the core tactility that heroes design embodies. Game specifics aside.. its solid work

ohh no sorry, the Ult Shape shifter skills are just left over from an older version. they make no sense with the short duration i'm going for now. that Lv 2 talent is a basic attack talent like focused attacks or master warp blade it wouldn't carry over to the Ult. that way i can squeeze a little more ppower out of a straight melee concept... basic attack - 2h Maul - melee 1.5 - atk/sec 1.0.

The Science vessel evolved into the Raven, this Concept was meant to be the most Heroes of the Storm appropriate amalgamation of the two. Graphically i think the Science Vessel is more suitable. Skill sets like passive base kit detection should stay very specialized, and i tried not to give him another Clairvoyance general. I think the EMP talent interactions are a fair trade off for the desired low down time. I'll change the name of supply drop to defense Defense matrix, i guess it's...
