The low-density residential development Birla Ojasvi in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore, was created to give inhabitants plenty of space and solitude. This proposal avoids the congested feeling that many huge apartment complexes deal with, with only 630 units spread across three towers. The thought of relocating to a neighbourhood where space is an architectural element rather than a luxury appeals to me as someone who loves peace and quiet. More Birla Ojasvi Amenities green areas, less traffic in common amenities, and a harmonious community dynamic—all difficult to come by in contemporary urban living—are additional benefits of the concept.
