Ps: my concerns in the last part are primarily focused on misha as a main tank. I can really see this build working very well as an off tank, where the main tank does most of the peel and keeps Rexxar save while Misha puts enormous pressure on the enemy backline with her solid damage and constant stuns.

Great guide! I think you mention a couple of very valid points a lot of people keep missing. I like the synergy between Aspect of the Beast and Borkskin in particular, giving you an insane spell shield uptime that cant be poked away. A few comments though: 1. A lot of peopole seem to automatically assume this is some kind of vampiric (bear) assault, but its not! The healing is a fixed percentage of your max health per attack, not of the damage dealt. So Bestial wrath will not do anything...
