This is an amazingly detailed and well-crafted hero, and I desperately hope to see something similar in-game one day. One thing though: base stats would be nice, just to see an idea of how durable / swift he is.

I really like the concept, it's an interesting way to bring ammunition into Heroes of the storm and it seems well implemented. However, I think you underestimate how serious a few second's downtime is in the game. 5 seconds to channel Deadeye is fine in Overwatch because you can cancel it early and fire before the time's up, but without a way to activate it before, it seems like an even worse pyroblast.
