A very simple change i would really like on Butcher is for Fresh Meat damage bonus to affect Hamstring. I don't like Hamstring functioning more as an auto reset than a damaging ability. (currently Hamstring resets Butcher's Basic Attack for an instant auto, Q, auto burst) Other more complicated ides include: 1. If you want to make Medivh balancable just remove (or redesign) Portal from his basic abilities. The ability is completly gamebreaking by itself, but it also has the awful interaction with Raven Form enabling Medivh to not only scout but also dismount in places like middle of enemy base.
