This is actually one of the best concepts for Itherael I've seen. It manages to grab the idea of Fate into a predictive set-up style of gameplay that isn't overly convoluted or wordy, a problem many Itherael concepts run into. Here are a several ideas and changes I could suggest to smooth it out:
