Okay, yeah can definitely add more for the Jaina match-up- which tends to revolve around reactive play (as you said), range, hounding the other Jaina with your elemental, and frostbolting her a couple times for the kill or the zone. Remember though, a lot of the sort of "threat levels" are arbitrary. 100+ Jaina games later and I'd probably now drop Illidan down to a 6 or 7 since I've personally gotten significantly better at killing him.
