Great little guide you have here, but I would like to suggest one clarifier to rule number 1. Objectives over everything If the number of people on your team that are alive and pursuing it outnumber the same on the enemy team. Just a heads up but it may be a good idea to list several of the heroes you are good with. For example my best heroes are lost vikings, seargent hammer, thrall, and well, pretty much all the specialists.
