There's a difference between being strong at hero-killing, and being useless at everything except hero-killing. There are plenty of ranged assassins that excel at hero killing while still being usable elsewhere; Siege, waveclear, camp clear, or at least pre-fight poke. Nova has none of that; She's absolutely useless against everything *except* hero killing, so the only way for her to be 'balanced' is by being overpowered at it. The problem with Nova isn't that she's too weak, it's that she's an incredibly one-dimensional design that is absolutely unfun to play against if she is too strong, while being useless for literally everything besides hero killing.

Why not make her ults the ones in Overwatch?

I will agree that the Hanamura one is a bit strong, but I think that a temporary lock on one of the beacons is balanced. It's only 5 seconds, after all. That said, maybe just disabling a payload temporarily would be more balanced... Any comments on the other affects? I feel the Sky Temple one is a bit weak.

Really awesome guide. I've had a lot of luck (skill, tbh) in timing the Q+W combo on a time trapped or Temporal Looped target, but I don't position Slowing Sands really well. Do you think maybe I should diverge from your talent build a bit?
