Pretty neat build, but I think you're underestimating what block can bring to the table vs some of your hard matchups vs Arthas, Hammer, and Valla. Being able to negate damage from any of those right click powerhouses (frostmoune is still hella scary) is still an asset worhty of consideration. Prog rock is also something that should be looked into depending on your teamcomp, supports like tassadar and brightwing have no form of direct healing outside of bwing's traited breeze and ult so...
