Is simple not worth it. At lvl 20, it heals 448 in 10 seconds of cooldown. While your passive heals 216 every 5 seconds, which in 10 seconds are 432, so the only real benefit is being able to teleport in and out of combat, which is not a real benefit since you can sprint in and out of combat anyway.
