First: Why would you take all the AA talents except shadowassault? It's a crap ult by itself, but if you're focusing on AA'ing ppl to death in a few seconds you should include it in this build. Second: By taking seasoned marksman you are basicly put zeratul stuck in a lane while his trait makes him the ultimate roamer. I'm not saying this build is bad, but it's just not the top build. If you really want to rule with Zeratul, you should go with the Follow Through build with wormhole.

Auto attack Zeratul is not viable at all, because this game gets dominated by CC (stuns). Even if you would want to play the best auto-attack Zeratul there is, you should get Beserk at lvl 16 instead of Rending Cleave.

@Ninfu: How about the fact Pyro can be dodged by using Bolt of the Storm? Almost any hero can pick that talent at 20 meaning Pyro is a wasted ult. It's certainly not "far superior" as you claim. Also if you compare winrates, try to get an even amount of games while testing both. Don't compare 3 games with Phoenix to 83 games of Pyro, you just make yourself rediculous. Pyro has it's use, but the damage is not as amazing as you claim it to be. You can only use it to kill...

First of all i think that auto-attack Zeratul is not viable anymore. The problem with this build is, that with the current Meta, you will get stunned so hard that you will get killed before you can use blink to get out. Also if you look at Hotslogs, out of the top 10 builds, only 1 has Shadow Assault as an ult (and it's not even the top build). Then you pick Gathering Power at level 4 which only increases your ability power and is therefore useless in an auto-attack build. You should go...

You should change Seasoned Marksman for Power Throw at level 1. The rest of you build is not based on Auto Attacks, so why take Seasoned Marksman? For the same reason i also think that Epic Mount is better then Nexus Frenzy at level 20. In my opinion you either go full auto-attack Falstad or you go Mage Falstad. The Hybrid builds are just not good enough.

I sucked at Zeratul before i read this guide. Now, i'm almost lvl 15 Zeratul (highest char i got) and my winrate is at a solid 60%. Imo this is the best build for Zeratul. I also see a lot of melee build Zeratuls and i've never lost to one of them in all my games, cuz this build is way superior.

None of the top 10 build at HotSlogs (which are all >60% winrate) use increased frostbolt range, ring of frost or icy veins. I started with this build when i first tried Jaina. Switched real quick, cuz this build is just inferior to the top builds. Nice guide, but not a good build to play Jaina!

Why do you not take Timeless Creature at level 1 if you are going for a Serpent build? Having the Serpent for 12 seconds instead of 8 will give you back way more healing with Mending Serpent at level 4.

Very nice guide! It helped me reaching lvl 10 with Tassadar in no time! However, when i play against Zeratul or Nova (or both) i make two changes: Lvl 4: Mental Acuity: a 50% cooldown reduction on Oracle is very useful when playing against two stealths. I rather be able to detect them more often, then having the healing from Healing Ward. When you can detect them, you can avoid dmg most of the time.
