What's going to make him strong is having a kit that's powerful regardless of the tuning on his numbers; lots of area and crowd control effects. Last time we had a character who really shined just for their kit was Garrosh, so hopefully Deckard can be launched in a place where he doesn't get reworked to be useless.

Congrats on your guide winning for specialists! I might have to pick Probius up again now that he's making a comeback. I like that you have map specific power levels for Probius, but what about team composition for quick matches when you can't see the upcoming map?

I think that it could useful against enemy stealth, but it's not a common occurrence to see lots of stealth outside of quick match. The master skin though is just so elegant because it improves upon the base skin without overdoing it like Artanis' master skin; it's a real panty droppper

Reservoir of Hope is the go-to talent because of its huge snowball effect. Just stick to a hero that will generate the energy you need to get the full cast and you'll start tossing out ridiculous heals within a few minutes. Unless you're closing out games within a minute or two of hitting level 16, this talent won't be a wasted pick

hahaha as it turns out, there is a small percentage of hero league that doesn't appreciate the incredible hero damage/wave clear potential that Rehgar has. So I've been playing with a totem build that still let's him be on the front lines while also locking down the enemy team with earthbind CC

It's true that there's a lot of flexibility in his level twenty talents, and after I read your comment I went back to look at what I wrote and discovered that I left no room for flexibility in my guide haha.
