Great guide on Arthas, its hard to understand why he's fallen below some of the other Warriors but with your talent build, I think he can be viable at higher echelons of play. Great explanations.

I'll try to keep this objective despite your obvious success as a HoTS player. Your explanations for talents are a bit outdated since Tyrande's Shadowstalk has been changed. Still this is quite an aggressive build for Tyrande but not necessarily the all-in poor-man's assassin build (with seasoned marksmen and trueshot aura). As another general rule, don't lose out on lane exp to take a camp. Wait until the lane minions are killed then quickly capture before the next wave meets. This way, you maximize the experience for your team and successfully soak/win your lane for your team.

You want to use the talent strategically. Let's say there is an objective at top (shrine, temple, curse, etc), if you are bottom lane then you can quickly take a siege camp and have it push bottom while you go top to help with the objective. Without Raiders Recruitment, you'd be late to the objective or not be able to split push in this manner. Also keep in mind where is the most effective camp to take. Holy this build is scary. I also think Windfury builds are outdated with all the crowd-control and burst heroes are picked in the meta. This build actually wins you your lane as you constantly hit enemies with chain lightning and heal yourself. Thumbs up for sure!

Again, another great build Mitch. I think building Morales as tanky as possible is the right way to go about it since her healing is already top-tier. Her only problem atm is that she dosen't have a reliable escape when the enemy team focuses her (which they will 100$) and her range kind of puts her in the thick of battle. Fortunately, you present a suitable build to help her survivability and with some good positioning this build may be the best out there.
