I love this concept in general, it seems like you have done a very nice job with it. I wouldn't mind seeing Mak'gora as a heroic ability, with the cooldown reduction or even a cooldown reset available as a storm talent on kill. As it is, it is definitely far too powerful to be a basic ability. Instead of his "Shattered Time" heroic, I think it would suit him better if he could get an enhanced version of himself temporarily, such as Tassadars archon form, or Illidans...
