Devour Magic is very powerful ability. You didn't take crowd control under consideration - these are also debuffs, so removing debuffs from your allies might be very strong, but well, I think the cooldown I gave balanses it. I think it's much better now (however I wonder if Verana's Cover isn't too deadly right now. It is for sure deadly when Vital Point is taken - damage almost the same as Falstad's Lightning). So the only thing to change is to move Vital Point somewhere later into the talents, because this can bring ~200 damage per cast at level 1 (and it's not as hard as landing two waves of Blizzard). Hi there, I also made an Alleria project (however probably not as famous as you, it had no comments/1 vote ;o). Yours is also good (like mine, however noone feels this xD), however there are some things that I think should be changed: 1. This Alleria doesn't seem for me to be really basic-attack dependant, but she has greater dps than Raynor (on 1st level though), the most entertaining hero in HotS. 10% buff to health regeneration - I would say it is NOTHING. Really, looking at other heroes, this might give 1 health per 5 seconds to each surrounding ally (not much at all) increasing to around 10 to stacked Stitches. Also, as I can see right now he is VERY mana dependant. Despite of that, I like it! :P
