She can only stop a percentage of health loss from allies, and until level 13, can't heal any damage they take. Tassadar is the only other support with no healing besides a ward, and his shields stop 100% of damage until they run out. Adria's damage-reduction abilities all mean that she's a "healer" who wants to target allies with high health, and she's really bad at saving wounded allies. I don't think this concept works without reworking.

Tiger Strike inflicts vulnerable on the target, and increases her damage by 25%, while she has an up to 50% attack speed buff? That's a LOT of damage before applying talents. Neural Parasite is hilariously overpowered and unfun to play against. If there's any range to it at all, it's an i-win button: Parasite a hero, walk them into your team, kill them easily. First off: I don't think your contempt for "casuals" is a good idea. Making something complex doesn't mean making it better, and this guy just has way too much going on. I am torn. On the one hand, he'd never be used in competitive play because his effects are random and thus unreliable. On the other, he looks like hilarious fun in Quick Match, and you can't get rid of the random element without losing what makes him Blingtron.

The hacking tool is much cooler! It really ties his theme together and makes it clear who he is and what he does. Except, I would suggest, don't make it a "tool".
