I appreciate the comment. The only reason I would implement it is because A. very low range for a ranged assassin and B. to keep up with current high tier heroes. Mura stun, lili/jo blind, or any burst hero would easily be able to counter it, on top of low base damage that only really effects high hp heroes (most of which have either solid defensives or good mobility) I think it would be okay considering that most assassins could easily kill him with very minimal issue. The idea was that while Overkill is active, minigun would not be activated and picking Sizzlin' Attacks at 20 would make overkill work like minigun and also have the splash deal an additional 1.5% max health as damage to the main target and secondary target.
