I've been doing some math about the lvl 4 talent, Focused Attack (+75% damage on next attack, i think your guide says 50%) versus Gathering power (5%-15% ability power) and i've come to really surprising results. Focused Attack will always give you more burst than Gathering Power, even at 15% extra AP, a combo with GP will do about 97% the damage FA would do, that assuming you already have the double bombs, and happen to land both.
