Very good use of variable mechanics. As far as I see there are no OP abilities and it's very well written. Keep up the good work.

Again a very good concept. Although it does have one Overpowered Combat trait in my opinion. +50% heal means almost nothing when you look at it from a distance. But let's say we have 20 lvl team with Tyrande who has healing trait like Overflowing Light. That means that Tyrande will be able to heal 1400 HP with 1 skill. Now if we give her battle momentum which reduces cooldown for 0.5 sec per basic attack, that means that roughly every 5 seconds she is healing 1400 HP to allies and half that...

I'm really digging this hero. Especially 2nd heroic. It would be awesome to see that work. Rexxar calling out the shots and so on. On the other hand I still think it gives a very serious advantage to the team Rexxar is on. I think making it an active ability would balance it out. The problem is if you know where enemy is all the time then nobody can gank you, that is the unfair advantage I'm talking about, but if you make it an active ability you don't have that vision all the time and...

Pretty standard hero. I don't see any major problems except combat trait. 1.25 silence every time I use an ability is a pretty op thing. I mean when you fight a hero in the game you don't use only 1 ability. you use every one of them as fast as you can. This gives you serious delay. Especially for character who depend on low cooldowns and consecutive ability usage. All in all I like the traits and I like the abilities.

Nice. I'm seeing a lot of cc. also I think 3rd ability is a little too much push potential for single hero. You can basically get tower to 50% and then one shot it. Also 1st combat ability basically states that he is invulnerable to half the basic attacks he receives. Which makes him very hard to kill by basic attack based assassins. It is a fair advantage though I would like to see that. Also I want to know about second Heroic. That other Nozdormu is spawned for some time or until he dies?

The idea is good. Nice use of disarm. I don't think this game has disarm yet though. Also I think 1st heroic is a little OP. On lvl 20 it would give out pure 2835 damage on single target. That is almost instakill 1v1 from full hp on supports. For example Li Li on 20th lvl has 3400 HP. now if you add Tier 6 trait: Prey on the Weak bonus to that equation it gives out 3260 damage. All in all it's a terrific idea, needs a little balancing though.
