I think he means 64 armor per second effect is broken. at 1 second you already get 64% less damage from everything at 2 seconds you are basically immortal until the effect ends. I think you meant it to give 64 point shield per second not armor.

Nice concept for Fenix with a unique take on his mechanics and with Focus on his Dragoon self. Most Fenix concepts only focus on his Zealot form (which IMO, Artanis already nailed that it's hard to find a way to set him apart from Artanis) or making a hybrid of the two.

I think it has to do with his nose. The other male trolls have longer noses except for him. I never noticed it at first too. I even thought he was a mutated dranei with tusks.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I do agree about some of the loas being undertuned but I don't agree on cutting them out. Choosing a loa affects your playstyle for the rest of the game just how Kharazim's trait talents work only this time it affects the secondary effect of your abilities. I feel the undertuned loas just needed some buffs and some minor reworks on others to make all of them appeasing when a particular situation arises.

Thanks a lot. I actually I knew nothing about what he does in WoW so I just stuck with his WC3 kit. When I ran out of ideas I researched him in WoW to fill in the missing parts.

Actually they both speed up ability cooldowns so they are still useful when used on heroes with no mana. And nana boost also increases spell power which is still useful for mana-less heroes.

Has good potential but his trait is kinda useless on allies with no mana. Also, I think supernova's damage could go higher unless the explosion is a large AoE.

Simple but effective concept. Hope you can flesh out the talents.
