Well he doesn't have a mount so it's actually very balanced. This concept is really cool, hope Blizzard does a Overwatch Event where they add OW heroes

Really cool hero concept. He needs some polish thought: 1- Can you leave the shop to move it or do you select a place in the map? 2- Can enemies destroy the shop? 3- Since you can't attack, aren't you taking away a lot of damage from the team (even more than Abathur, who can push and support)? Hope you answer these questions.

This hero is too complex, especially his mount and trait. Plz try to make it simpler: For example, with the mount you should not add so many conditions (the cooldown, and the increase/decrease in damage/speed).

This seems a very balanced hero. You just need to add some values in order to make his passive not too strong. I see him to be like The Butcher, but without any escapes/gap closers.

He should ba an assassin. He can root enemies and deal lots of damage so change it. Also, Life Drain shouldn't save the stack and/or it would need to have a max. to prevent players from insta-revive.

Good concept, I have nothing to add. It would be incredible to see a team with SCV, Azmodan, Gazlowe, Sylvanas and Sgt. Hammer just pushing through lanes like butter :)
