Blink sounds totally crazy.

1. I didnt forget about Holy shield. Few blocks and maybe some ability reduction won't save your ally. If you stay behind, you will hardly heal your tank. If you go to front, you will hardly heal your squishy ranged assassin. He is not usable as solo healer. 2. I can't see how it would make him too much like Kharazim.

Idea of charges is pretty good. However instead of putting his abilities on 10+ sec cd, I would give him really small cds like 1-2 second. Than I would give cd to his recharge or I would make recharging slow, thus every player will have to learn manage his charges instead of cooldowns. Which will make him more unique. I really like this concept, however I have few issues. 1) If you look into game, you find that every healer got targeted or autotargeted heal for simply reason. Healers have to be reliable. Uthers W is probably only heal skillshot in game and even thought it heal everything in way, his Q is preferred heal. Mana cost doesnt change anything. Imho his abilities should be ground targeted with delay growing slightly by distance, so he has to move close to fights to be more effective, also to give opportunity for counter play.

Hmmm I like idea of global casting Archimonde. It would certainly make him look very powerful. On other side all his abilities are targeted and since they are global, it will leave enemy with zero counter play. Also it wouldn't require any skill to play him, because he is pretty much click to win. You don't even have to single step. You can pretty much sit where you start a help your team with infinite mana supply and impossible to being kill.

I think she would need more mobility. Otherwise cool concept.

Hmm you are right with CC, but a lot of CC isn't actually magic based. Will devour magic remove stun when Diablo shovels you into wall? Also it sounds kinda unfair to Malfurion who heals with his hots and devour magic will counter him directly. Morales trait isn't really defensive. It's sustain because she can't target herself with heal.

Devour magic is kinda useless, there isn't many buffs or debuffs in game. Whole concept is strange, tanky trait, dmg Q and healing E. Maybe you could check Moam to get some inspiration

Leaving mana shield untill destroyed doesn't seems right. Everyone will try to keep it full all the time and when some1 destroys it he will just recast it instantly. I have suggestion: After 12 sec amount of shield left is refunded to mana. Meaning if you lost half of your shield before 12 runs out you will get back 7,5% of your total mana.
