With wind fury giving you twice as many attack speed and Tempest Fury giving your last wind fury hit 3 basic attacks for 75% damage isn't giant killer really good on thrall? with giant killer hitting 1,5% hp of your opponent your last wind fury hit will hit 4.5% of your opponent hp instant and during wind fury total 7,5%.
