Actually in this patch Follow through is the number 1 pick for zeratul in this build. After any ability the extra 40% dmg is a guaranted kill. Dont forget Zeratul is assasin. With this build you have at least 6 buffed attacks(with Wormhole and Double bombs) with 40% and if you play rewind that makes 12. Is insane amount of damage.
